As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to let you know that our office will be closed from 25th December to 2nd January.
However, i-nexus Support will remain available during this period as follows:
Up to and including 24th December: Full support, handling all requests as normal.
25th December to 1st January: 24/7 support for priority 1 (critical) tickets only.
Any non-priority 1 issues raised during the holiday period will be addressed starting 2nd January, when normal operations resume.
