It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the passing of James Davies, the Group’s Chief Product Officer, a dear friend to many, a loving husband and father. James was an integral part of our family at i-nexus since 2014, during which he played critical roles in shaping our company’s direction and success. From his early days as a non-executive Director to his leadership as Chief Product Officer, James’s dedication and brilliance were evident.
A figure of immense talent, James was a visionary leader who shaped the strategic direction of our product suite. His unique ability to foresee market trends and adapt our products accordingly was extraordinary.

Indeed, continuing his outstanding work and upholding his high standards will be a formidable challenge, but one we are committed to as a testament to his lasting impact.”
James passed away on 6 February 2024 at the age of 55, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and leadership that will forever be cherished and remembered within our company and by all who knew him.
